If You’d Like a Refund within 30 days
We want you to love your leash. If you don't, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. -
If You’d Like an Exchange
- Defective Product? No worries! We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return the leash, and we’ll send you a new one right away.
- Changed Your Mind Before Shipping? Just let us know via email. We’ll cancel your order and help you place a new one.
- Already Received Your Leash and Not Happy? For exchanges ship the leash back to us, and we’ll send you a leash of your choice at the same value.
US customers get free shipping on returns and exchanges (exclusions apply).
